On classe Florence and the Machine dans la catégorie soul et indie. Florence and The Machine c'est un peu Kate BUSH avec un swing très chorale soul. J'adore sa voix. Elle semble avoir de plus en plus de succés en Angleterre et je comprends pourquoi. J'ai écouté trois fois de suite son album en peignant c'est cool non?

JENN GRANT Echoes

Après une école de peinture Jenn Grant se lance dans la musique. Elle a d'abord joué avec un groupe, Heavy Blinkers. Elle a ensuite sorti un premier EP en 2005 (Goodbye Twentieth Century). Son premier vrai album c'était Orchestra for the Moon, un déjà très bon album. Et puis cette année elle a sorti ce bijou intitulé Echoes. Un seul problème, la pochette, genre Kid A et collages d'école d'art c'est dommage car j'ai mis du temps à écouter ce disque à cause de la mocheté de pochette! J'ai donc décidé de mettre une photo de cette chanteuse, jolie et mieux que sa pochette. C'est vraiment un très bon album!!!

Si vous arrivez à suivre mes progrès dans le commentaire de disques et l'introduction noble à cet art magique de la musique c'est que le monde peut encore changer! Plus de générosité, de vitesse et d'anticipation et arréter de courir parce qu'on a peur mais parce qu'on est heureux et libre. Malgré cette introduction je tiens à dire que je suis clean. Mais c'est vrai qu'un bon disque qui remue le coeur mais aussi le cul c'est si bon alors suivez mon conseil écoutez ce disque c'est urgent avant tout le monde et decouvrez un super excellent groupe. Et puis les chansons, avec des mélodies et de jolies guitares et une section rythmique brutale et nature. Le chanteur a une voix, une vraie voix. Il gronde souffle chante doucement et s'arrache les tripes c'est bouleversant. Je n'ai pas envie de faire de comparaison ce serait trop facile faites l'effort de les écouter!
